Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing enablement strategies and solutions that empower members to effectively access and engage with the LEGO Group Membership Program (LEGO Insiders), including its benefits, rewards, and value-adding experiences.
By partnering with various business areas, this role drives Membership Enablement solutions to recruit new members, activate existing ones, and enhance overall satisfaction, ultimately improving Client Lifetime Value.

M&C Central Marketing aims to build and deploy capabilities essential for us to win in corporate plan 2026 and ensure alignment and execution of marketing excellence globally.
You will report directly to the Director, Membership Program Operations & Development.
