Senior Manager Marketing Business Development – a truly different role aligned to the transactional areas of a major international law firm. Not bid-heavy.

This major international law firm specializes in representing private clients, offering a refreshing alternative to large corporate and banking firms.

As a Senior Marketing & BD Manager, you will collaborate with partners in the firm's transactional sectors. The firm advises high net worth individuals (including celebrities) and entrepreneurs on their business interests and investments in the UK and internationally. Key sectors include tech and innovation, sport, entertainment, creative industries, luxury goods, and hospitality.

You will lead a small team and focus on:

• Developing and implementing targeted business development strategies, especially within specific sectors;
• Enhancing marketing and profile-raising efforts in partnership with digital, PR, and internal communications teams;
• Driving cross-selling initiatives across private client, disputes, and other teams and offices;
• Collaborating with sub-teams and special interest groups through regular BD meetings to advance initiatives.
