Job Description
Joining this firm as a Senior Manager / Partner Designate, you will bring your career background as an all-round accounts, tax, audit etc adviser to sole traders, partnerships, limited company OMBs, and other clients. You will manage a sizable fee base of clients, in a client-facing advisory capacity, develop relationships with clients, and drive the growth of this office through new client acquisition and business development. You will also manage teams and play a lead role in their development and progression. You will contribute to the future development and direction of this successful firm of accountants. A clear path to progression and Partner level is on offer for the right professional.
The Successful Applicant
For this role, you will hold ACA/ACCA/CTA qualifications and have a career background developed within UK accountancy practice, reaching managerial levels. You will have an all-around general practitioner accounts/tax/audit background gained within small, medium, large, mid-tier, or top-tier accounting firms and be seeking a challenging, long-term career move with a clear route to progression.
What's on Offer
