Job Description

As a Senior Manager / Partner Designate in the Bridgwater office, you will leverage your accountancy practice experience across audit, accounts, and tax. You will manage a portfolio of clients, lead teams, and collaborate with the partner group, with potential to become an RI and eventually a partner, with a clear progression plan tailored to the right candidate.

The Successful Applicant

You will hold ACA / ACCA / CTA qualifications or equivalent, with a career background in accountancy practice at a senior level. Experience across small to large firms, with technical expertise in audit, accounts, and tax, is essential. You are seeking a challenging, long-term career move at this level.
