Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Life Sciences Commercial Senior Manager in London. You will lead complex commercial strategy and transformation engagements across strategy, operating model, product launch and go‑to‑market, with a focus on pharmaceutical and adjacent Life Sciences domains.

You will shape, sell and deliver multi‑workstream programs, manage scope, budgets and risk, and partner with senior executives to drive data‑driven, AI-enabled outcomes that accelerate growth and patient

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in Life Sciences Commercial roles, with strategy/management consulting experience.
• Deep knowledge of commercial strategy, operating models, data and AI for the Life Sciences industry.
• Proven track record leading multi-workstream engagements and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape complex Life Sciences Commercial engagements across strategy, operating model and go‑to‑market.
• Own end‑to‑end engagement delivery including scope, commercials, quality and risk.
• Advise clients on reinventing the commercial model with data and AI and design AI‑enabled roadmaps.
• Develop client relationships at senior levels and expand the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate across strategy, technology, data, AI and operations to deliver client value.
• Grow the Life Sciences Commercial practice through origination and proposals.
• Coach and develop multidisciplinary teams to high performance.
