The Senior Manager role requires deep experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, and cross-functional leadership to steer global initiatives.

• Proven experience in technology strategy, management consulting or related leadership roles.
• Experience developing enterprise technology strategies and multi-year roadmaps.
• Experience working with senior executives and leading enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI, cloud, cybersecurity and operating model transformation.
• Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills.

The Senior Manager, Global Technology Strategy drives the development and execution of enterprise technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities, market trends, and long-term organizational objectives. This role partners with executive leaders to shape technology strategy, transformation initiatives, operating models, and innovation agendas that enable growth, agility, and measurable business value.

• Drive strategy across key technology domains, including but not limited to AI, Data, Infrastructure, Enterprise Platforms, and strategic vendors in partnership with domain SMEs.
• Leverage and share market intelligence and knowledge of emerging technologies/trends with the broader technology network to influence strategic choices and decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives and operating model improvements.
• Bring strong executive presence in senior leadership engagements and seamlessly connect the dots across technology and strategy domains to shape a cohesive strategic narrative.
• Enable a seamless operating model across strategy and architecture.
• Develop executive communications, strategic recommendations, and leadership presentations to support eminence across Deloitte Technology.
• Establish governance, performance metrics, and value realization measures for strategic initiatives.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in technology strategy, management consulting, digital transformation, or related leadership roles
• Experience developing enterprise technology strategies and multi-year roadmaps
• Proven experience working with senior executives and leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
• Strong understanding of technology trends, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, platforms, and operating model transformation
• Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional strategic initiatives in a global organization
• Exceptional strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Preferred:

• MBA, advanced degree or equivalent is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Deloitte Global’s technology organization, strategic priorities, operating environment, and cross-functional stakeholder network.
