Role: Senior Manager – IT Sourcing | Technology Transformation

Location: London (hybrid 2-3 days a week)

Salary: Up to £110,000 + £5500 Car allowance + 10% bonus

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join a fast-growing Technology Transformation practice focused on helping enterprise clients drive business change through smarter IT sourcing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, commercial negotiation, and technology delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute sourcing strategies to support large-scale IT and business transformation.
• Lead supplier selection processes, RFPs, negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Advise C-level stakeholders on sourcing models, vendor ecosystems, and commercial structures.
• Work across application hosting (including public cloud), system integration, and digital workplace domains.
• Support clients through service transition and post-contract value realization.

What You Bring:

• Strong experience in IT sourcing, vendor management, or technology procurement.
• Deep knowledge in one or more of: public cloud sourcing, systems integration, or digital workplace services.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sourcing programs.
• Comfortable working across finance, legal, and technical teams to drive results.
• Experience with both agile and traditional sourcing approaches.

Bonus Skills:

• Understanding of IT operating models, cost optimization, or enterprise architecture.
• Exposure to AI-enabled service models or digital transformation programs.
