Job Description:

This high performing SAP Procure To Pay Sr. Manager will provide subject matter expertise in PTP and Accounts Payable. The role involves partnering with various Procure to Pay and Finance stakeholders within Kraft Heinz to build process and technology capabilities supporting their growth and strategic goals. You must be a skilled relationship builder, able to work in fast-paced and changing environments, guiding the organization on leveraging new systems and understanding technological impacts.

Responsibilities:

• Act as SAP solution architect & SME for PTP capabilities in Accounts Payable and related functions.
• Own the global PTP and Accounts Payable templates and drive process standardization.
• Lead internal and external project teams through implementation stages.
• Manage multiple global projects simultaneously.
• Handle demand management, capital requests, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Gather business requirements, develop functional specifications, and manage test cases.
• Manage end-to-end PTP applications and SAP integrations.
• Configure systems for vendor payments, including global banking integrations for various payment methods.
• Maintain good relationships with cross-functional teams such as GBS, Change Management, IT Support, Testing, Development, Security, and Basis.
• Manage relationships with global business teams like Finance, Procurement, and Tax.
• Oversee vendor management and software license renewals.

Career Experience:

• Experience in SAP functional and configuration roles, with a focus on information systems.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of procurement, accounts payable, and vendor payment processes.
• Ability to work with diverse, global teams.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of SAP and non-SAP system integrations (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP DRC, SAP Integration Suite, SAP MDG, ARIBA, SAP Business Network, Saviynt, Snowflake, Tableau).
• Experience leading procure-to-pay SAP deployments with regional and global focus.
• Familiarity with SaaS, PaaS, and on-premise solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP MM modules: procurement, contracts, purchase requisitions, goods and invoice receipts, vendor master data, source lists, stock transport, and intercompany movements.
• Understanding of government electronic invoice compliance and global system projects.
• Experience with OCR and invoice management solutions like OpenText, SAP VIM, Basware, Readsoft, Tungsten, and Ariba Suite.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and analytical skills.
• Understanding of US tax, VAT, and withholding tax functionalities.
• Self-motivated with high business process acumen and a positive attitude.
