Job Description
- Prepare reports, scripts, presentations, and Q&A materials for results announcements, conferences, AGMs, Capital Markets Days, and sell-side briefings.
- Support the Annual Report by co-authoring content in the Strategic Report.
- Build strong relationships with key shareholders and sell-side analysts, with a focus on the Polish market.
- Develop an investor targeting strategy with brokers and analyse changes in the share register.
- Respond to investor and analyst (equity and debt) queries in collaboration with internal teams.
- Manage sell-side coverage, consensus, and guide market expectations through proactive communication.
- Provide regular updates to the Board and senior leadership on analyst insights and market activity.
- Organise non-deal roadshows and meetings for the Chair, CEO, and CFO.
- Draft quarterly IR updates for the Board.
- Oversee the IR section of the corporate website, ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate corporate photography for reports, website, and presentations.
- Accompany management to investor events and conferences.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years' experience in investor relations or a related field, preferably within a top-tier investment bank, consultancy, Big Four firm, or large corporate.
- Strong financial modelling and accounting expertise; professional qualifications such as ACA or CFA (or equivalent) are advantageous.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel at an advanced level.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
