Job summary

HarbourVest Partners is seeking an experienced Marketing professional to independently build sophisticated investor presentations from intake through final draft. You will generate sales collateral for complex investment concepts and guide discussions on messaging and themes with senior stakeholders.

You will also lead Seismic library management, drive automation initiatives, and mentor junior team members while partnering with leadership to improve processes and content quality in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• 8-10 years proven experience in financial services marketing.
• Experience generating sales collateral for complex investment concepts.
• Ability to lead discussions with collaborators on messaging and collateral.
• Experience with Seismic content management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate investor presentations communicating investment strategies and portfolio themes.
• Customize content and messaging for different audiences and client objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify content gaps and drive next steps.
• Proactively anticipate presentation needs and improve quality and efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
• Partner with leadership on Seismic library management and automation initiatives.
• Support initiatives to expand the team’s operating model and content governance.
