Job summary

Clearsulting is a global consulting firm delivering positive change through digital finance. We seek a senior finance management consultant to lead multiple client engagements, oversee delivery quality, and build trusted relationships with executives.

You will mentor teams, shape strategies, and contribute to practice growth while aligning with Clearsulting's standards and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in finance management consulting, incl. digital finance tech implementation.
• Proven experience leading large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple, concurrent client engagements, overseeing execution, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee project teams with Managers and Senior Analysts to ensure outputs meet Clearsulting standards.
• Translate strategic vision into actionable workplans, balancing client priorities with constraints.
• Drive governance: monitor milestones, risks, budgets, and resources, with transparent reporting.
• Lead strategic client relationships as a trusted advisor and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and pricing models with Directors and Partners.
• Contribute to practice growth by mentoring team members and leading internal initiatives.
• Support revenue management and optimize profitability across engagements.

What You'll Do:

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's or Master'sDegree in a relevant field of study.
• 7+ years of experience in finance management consulting, including digital finance technology implementation and finance transformation projects.
• Proven experience leading large-scale or complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client portfolios and drive account growth.
• Strong understanding of project methodologies and change management practices, including SDLC principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive audiences clearly and persuasively.
• Proven ability to coach, manage, and develop team members.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, adept at managing competing priorities.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Fluency in both French and English is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in business development or practice leadership roles.
• Expertisein one or more digital finance platforms (e.g.,BlackLine, Workiva, Kyriba)
• Experience designing and leading executive-level presentations.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skillswithtrinclient and partner ecosystems.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50-60% at times for client engagements.
