Job summary

Clearsulting, a global consulting firm, seeks a seasoned finance management consultant to lead multiple client engagements in digital finance transformations across the UK. You will guide delivery, manage client expectations, and ensure outcomes align with our standards.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and the application of tools like BlackLine, Workiva, and Kyriba to drive value. Travel up to 50-60% may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance management consulting, incl. finance tech implementations.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong client portfolio management and growth-drive experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Lead delivery of multiple, concurrent client engagements - managing overall project execution, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee project teams by collaborating with Managers and Senior Analysts to ensure deliverables meet client expectations andClearsultingstandards.
• Translate strategic vision into actionable workplans, balancing client priorities with project constraints.
• Drive project governance: monitor milestones, risks, budgets, and resource allocation while ensuring transparency through regular reporting.
• Lead strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for expanded value
• Identifyand pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts through relationship development and solution expansion.
• Collaborate with Directors and Partners to develop Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and pricing models.
• Contribute to practice growth by mentoring team members, sharingexpertise, and leading internal initiatives.
• Support revenue management: track financial performance across engagements andoptimizedelivery profitability.
• Promote a culture of excellence and accountability,modelingClearsulting’svalues through leadership, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of digital finance technologies, such asBlackLine where you will be leading design and implementation workstreams as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’sDegree in a relevant field of study.
• 7+ years of experience in finance management consulting, including digital finance technology implementation and finance transformation projects.
• Proven experience leading large-scale or complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client portfolios and drive account growth.
• Strong understanding of project methodologies and change management practices, including SDLC principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive audiences clearly and persuasively.
• Proven ability to coach, manage, and develop team members.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, adept at managing competing priorities.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice-to-Haves

• Fluency in both French and English is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in business development or practice leadership roles.
• Expertisein one or more digital finance platforms (e.g.,BlackLine, Workiva, Kyriba)
• Experience designing and leading executive-level presentations.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills withtrin client and partner ecosystems.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50-60% at times for client engagements.
