The role - what you'll do:

As a Group Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimising high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple regions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop compelling integrated marketing campaigns and ensure campaigns align with business goals, resonate with target audiences and drive demand with prospects and engagement with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global integrated campaigns by partnering with product marketing, subject matter experts, and regional teams to define strategic themes and messaging aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and execute bold, creative campaigns that drive global revenue, using a smart mix of tactics and channels.
  • Support regional execution by providing campaign toolkits, best practices, and assets to ensure consistent, effective localisation.
  • Collaborate on content creation (e.g. case studies, videos, landing pages) with internal teams and agencies to support campaign goals.
  • Track and optimise performance, working closely with sales and using data to refine demand generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration.

Success Measures:

  • Successful delivery of global integrated campaigns.
  • Measuring impact of the campaigns with the following metrics: Engagement & Brand awareness metrics, MQLs, SQLs and ARR influenced.

About you - what we are looking for:

  • Solid B2B marketing experience with 10+ years in campaign marketing and demand generation, ideally within SaaS and fast-paced global environments.
  • Proven expertise in integrated campaigns, with a strong track record of driving revenue through creative, multi-channel strategies and full-funnel optimisation.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to use data to refine lead nurturing, pipeline acceleration, and campaign performance.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management, with experience collaborating across sales, product marketing, brand, and regional teams.
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to craft compelling messaging and adapt complex ideas for different audiences.
  • Team-oriented and proactive, thriving in dynamic environments with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or JIRA, as well as familiarity with accounting/bookkeeping technology or B2B SaaS marketing, would be a strong plus.
