Job Description:

I'm working with a globally recognisable media business that is looking for an Indirect Tax Senior Manager to join their tax team. This role reports to the Finance Director and is responsible for all Indirect Tax advisory and compliance on a global scale.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Advise on UK and international VAT technical issues and provide advice on indirect tax matters
• Oversee the VAT compliance process and ensure all compliance obligations are met both in the UK and globally
• Manage relationships with HMRC, other tax authorities, and external advisors
• Take ownership of indirect tax projects and transformational initiatives to improve processes

Qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 7 years of indirect tax experience
• VAT compliance experience
• Previous indirect tax transformation experience is beneficial
• Strong knowledge of indirect tax legislation and technical tax expertise

The business offers hybrid working, 2-3 days a week in the office.

Salary: up to £115k + 25% bonus
