Arm, Cambridge, United Kingdom, is seeking a Senior Manager, Indirect Tax to lead global indirect tax compliance, advise on tax implications of contracts and new business initiatives, and manage audits across multiple jurisdictions.
The role requires 8+ years of indirect tax experience, strong tax knowledge, and leadership capabilities. CPA qualifications are desirable, and a hybrid working pattern is offered to support performance and wellbeing.

As Senior Manager, Indirect Tax, you will report to the head of tax and partner closely with business operations and administrative teams to support our expanding, global business. This role will cover traditional indirect taxes like sales tax and VAT as well as import duties, business taxes that are not income based, and incentives. Your tax responsibilities will include global compliance, systems set-up, sale and purchase contract review and negotiations, tax audits, and supply-chain planning.
