Job Description:

A dynamic and prestigious professional services company based in the the City of London are seeking a talented Senior Manager to join their Global Quality Management Team.

This multifaceted position offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to help to drive the organisations global quality management activities. The role would ideally suit an individual with a strong background in quality management within the Audit sphere and who is seeking a new challenge to broaden their skills

This role offers a rare chance to innovate and develop quality management methods, operating globally with key decision makers and senior leadership to ensure adoption.

The main focus of the role will include:

  • Oversee the global monitoring efforts to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Follow-up on any significant matters identified within global quality management.
  • Establish and maintain key working relationships with international offices, including individuals with operational responsibility for the system of quality management at each location.
  • Enhance the existing ISQM 1 guidance and training.
  • Address ad hoc queries from global offices and provide support and recommendations to enhance their systems and procedures, in collaboration with other members of the Quality & Risk team.
  • Develop and deliver communications and training updates on quality matters to enhance awareness and understanding among global office key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership and global committees on compliance status across the organisation as well as improvement initiatives, recent achievements, and areas for further development.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of quality initiatives.

To succeed in this role, the individual will need:

  • ACA or equivalent professional qualification;
  • A proficiency at driving large projects to a close and within the timeline agreed;
  • An ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Experience in tracking, handling and following up on large amounts of data;
  • An ability to quickly foster effective working relationships across various cultures;
  • Comfort and ability with report writing, with proven record of producing quality deliverables;
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Previous experience of working with ISQM 1
