McKinsey & Company is seeking a seasoned tax professional to join the Partner Tax Group in London. The role focuses on designing and delivering tax-efficient award structures for the firm’s global Partner population while ensuring strict alignment with tax risk standards.

You will collaborate with Payroll, Legal, HR, and Finance across multiple countries. You will act as a primary contact for Partners on award deliveries, manage country-specific requirements, and support global tax

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in US Federal and State personal taxes.
• Experience managing the personal tax affairs of US executives and related payroll withholding issues.
• Background from practice or in-house at a large multinational corporation.
• High-net-worth individuals experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and oversee strategic structures that deliver Partner awards tax-efficiently while aligning with the firm’s global tax risk standards.
• Serve as a key point of contact for Partners regarding award delivery, handling country-level requirements and inquiries.
• Collaborate with Corporate Tax, Employment Tax, and Mobility Tax groups to ensure global strategies are executed and maintained.
• Build and maintain strong internal partnerships with local office Finance teams and central corporate support functions (Legal, Treasury, Benefits, Finance).
• Actively coordinate and support local tax audits concerning Partner awards and tax delivery.
