McKinsey & Company in London seeks a senior tax leader to join the Partner Tax Group. You will design and oversee tax-efficient award delivery for the firm's global Partner population, collaborating with Payroll, Benefits, Legal, HR, and Finance.

You will manage country-level requirements, lead audits related to Partner awards, and guide cross-border tax strategies with the Corporate, Employment, and Mobility tax teams while driving risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of US Federal and State personal tax experience, incl. executive tax matters.
• Experience managing personal tax affairs of US executives relocating to or from the US.
• Strong understanding of payroll withholding for US resident Partners and state taxes.
• Expertise in US individual tax return info and related processes.
• Ability to lead development of tax operational processes with sound problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Design and oversee tax-efficient award delivery for the Partner group.
• Act as trusted advisor to Partners on tax inquiries.
• Coordinate with Corporate Tax, Employment Tax, and Mobility Tax groups.
• Lead local tax audits concerning Partner awards.
• Drive multi-country tax initiatives across the firm.
