Job summary

EY UK is recruiting a Senior Manager to join the Financial Services International Tax and Transaction Services (FS ITTS) team. You will lead complex international tax engagements, build trusted client relationships, and drive growth across banking, insurance and wealth management sectors.

You’ll shape client solutions with strong technical and commercial insight, coach junior staff, and help grow EY’s FS ITTS practice through proactive business development and leadership across engagements.

Qualifications

Significant experience as a tax practitioner with international tax expertise.
Experience reviewing complex tax work and guiding others.
Experience advising financial services clients.
Experience managing client relationships and delivering tax engagements.
Experience coaching junior team members.
Prefer ATT/ACA/CA/CTA or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships across engagements.
Lead delivery of complex international tax projects with a practical, commercial approach.
Identify new opportunities and contribute to proposals and business development.
Coach and develop junior colleagues through delegation and feedback.
Contribute to growth and strategy of the FS ITTS practice.
