We are currently seeking a Senior Manager to contribute significantly to the FS Operations team, focusing on Capital Markets. The role involves sector expertise, client engagement, and the identification and delivery of new business opportunities. The successful candidate will help grow the Capital Markets business by contributing to revenue targets, expanding the opportunity pipeline, and developing market value propositions. We seek an experienced, motivated individual who is passionate and can enhance our market-leading capital markets advisory team.

Leadership & Management: Perform senior delivery roles, mentor team members, and contribute to account and sector development within Capital Markets.
Stakeholder Interaction & Challenges: Develop and convert pipelines into sales, manage bids, and maintain strong client relationships.
Impact, Risk, Accountability & Governance: Work as an Engagement Manager, managing risks, financials, billing, and WIP on engagements.
Proven ability in programme/project management, consulting sales, solution development, and leadership is essential. Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and experience in engaging with senior-level decision-makers are required.
