We're hiring for a high-growth, acquisitive, technology powerhouse. The business is scaling fast and building toward a potential IPO. With strong leadership and a clear strategic roadmap, this company is reshaping its sector and driving transformation through smart systems, automation, and AI.

To support its next phase, we're looking for a Senior Manager or Associate Director to step into a pivotal role across FP&A, corporate planning and data insights. This is a succession planning hire. We’re not just filling a gap, we’re investing in a future leader.

What You'll Do:

• Drive and evolve enterprise-level FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple business units.
• Partner closely with C-suite to shape corporate strategy through data-driven insights.
• Build and lead high-performance teams that blend finance, systems, and analytics.
• Embed automation, systems thinking, and AI tools into planning and reporting cycles.
• Guide integration and planning across acquisitions, new markets, and international operations.
