About the Team
The Finance Manager will join the newly established Customer Financing Program team at Nutanix, located in London, England. This team is focused on creating a unique skill set that is net new to the organization, supporting the expansion and success of customer financing initiatives in a 2-tier channel sales model. The culture is highly collaborative, emphasizing teamwork, problem-solving, and a growth mentality as they work together to drive innovative financing solutions that enhance customer experiences.
You will report to the Director of Payment Platform and Financing Solutions, who fosters a hands-on and proactive leadership style. The manager encourages team members to identify problems and propose solutions, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment. The work setup for this role is primarily remote, offering flexibility for team members to work from home, with no mandatory office days currently required.
This role involves minimal travel, with expectations set at about once or twice a year, allowing the Finance Manager to focus primarily on remote collaboration and support for the team’s objectives.
