Job summary

EY in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Director (Senior Manager) to lead Transaction Diligence work for UK Financial Services. You will work on high-profile IPOs and transactions within a cross-disciplinary, multi-jurisdictional team and may travel within the UK or internationally.

As a successful candidate you will bring ACA/ACCA qualifications, strong commercial and financial due diligence experience, and a collaborative approach to delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial due diligence and corporate finance transactions.
• Strong knowledge of financial services across Insurance, Banking & Capital Markets and Asset Management.
• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Business development experience in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client's business drivers and co-develop the approach with the client.
• Lead and manage project teams, deliver written reports and presentations.
• Build internal and external networks and identify cross-service line opportunities.
• Coach and develop junior team members and contribute to business planning initiatives.
