RBC is seeking a Senior Manager for Financial Crimes Oversight Testing, Europe, a full-time permanent role with four days in the office in London or Newcastle. The position drives the Europe FCOT program, reviews testing quality, and reports findings to management, collaborating with the FCOT Canada team to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Qualifikationen

• Must have strong audit or testing/assurance background.
• Able to enhance and maintain risk-based testing programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical capabilities.
• Knowledge of international AML, ATF and sanctions regimes, especially UK/Europe.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and execute the Europe Financial Crimes Oversight Testing schedule.
• Review testing and provide challenge where required.
• Identify risks, trends and systemic breakdowns in financial crimes controls.
• Provide management reporting and escalate results of oversight testing.
• Coordinate testing with the FCOT Canada team for full coverage.
• Support monitoring of regulatory changes and industry guidance to inform testing.
