Testing Site - JPMC in the United Kingdom invites an Associate of Financial Crime Testing (2LoD) to join the CCOR Specialised Testing team. You will execute testing programmes to evaluate controls, collaborate with Compliance and Operational Risk, and support global testing efforts across multiple business lines.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management and the ability to challenge control design while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Financial Crime/Compliance or Operational Risk (BSA/AML/KYC/Sanctions)
• Strong communication and influencing skills across Compliance, Controls and business groups
• Proven track record of successful stakeholder management
• Understanding of operational risks and drivers and ability to challenge control design
• Ability to interpret financial regulations and assess compliance
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail with data analysis
• Clear and concise verbal and written skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities under pressure
• Comfort presenting to senior management and auditors

Responsabilités

• Execute the EMEA CCOR Testing Programme and assess design and effectiveness of controls against regulatory requirements.
• Manage testing of business processes and controls.
• Collaborate with Operational Risk, Compliance managers and business stakeholders.
• Validate action plans address identified issues as expected.
• Lead departmental projects and partner with global testing teams.
