Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Senior Manager in Economic Crime Risk & Compliance to provide strategic direction, technical leadership and independent second line oversight of personal banking AML/CTF/CPF and sanctions advisory across Retail and Payments.

You’ll translate MLRO objectives and evolving regulatory requirements into clear priorities, policies and control standards, overseeing complex matters and escalating risks as needed. The role is hybrid with regular HQ site visits across the UK.

• Lead technical specialists and set priorities across economic crime functions.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear policies, controls and governance.
