The Senior Manager, Feasibility & Investment Analysis will play a key role in the development team of our luxury hospitality brand. This role includes finding and assessing new market opportunities, taking charge of all aspects of deal underwriting, managing project development, and building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high-end projects are completed successfully. The role will work closely with the Chief Development Officer to deliver on the 10-year strategic development plan.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Chief Development Officer to maintain and further improve a structured and targeted approach to the global hotel development market, with a view to advancing Corinthia Hotels Ltd portfolio growth by:
• Identifying, evaluating, and contributing to the negotiation of new deals for Corinthia branded hotels around the world
• Supporting the Chief Development Officer in ensuring that Corinthia’s strategic development plan remains up to date and that strategic priorities are pursued proactively
• Leading research, financial analysis, and feasibility studies for new projects globally
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, developers, architects, and other key internal and external stakeholders
• Contributing to the analysis and negotiation of new Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs) and Lease agreements
• Further developing the internal underwriting and analysis model to support adequate assessment of development opportunities
• Developing presentations and other materials to support development efforts
• Constantly reviewing industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to support decision-making
• Working closely with design and operations teams to ensure alignment across all key functions in a development project
• Assessing project risk assessments and ensuring compliance with legal and environmental regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in deal underwriting and financial analysis for real estate investments, ideally with a luxury hotel focus
• Strong background in financial modeling and a track record in analyzing and assessing complex transaction structures
• Experience working with international luxury hospitality brands and a diverse partnership profile such as high net worth individuals, institutional investors, and family offices
• In-depth financial modeling skills and ability to develop and maintain templates for deal underwriting
• Ability to establish and justify clear conclusions and recommendations which will support deal-making decisions, including but not limited to market analyses, the creation of five to ten year pro formas, and arriving at an opinion of value for the underlying real estate
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of practices and trends in the global luxury hospitality world
• Ability to travel as required for site visits, stakeholder meetings, and industry events
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design trends within the luxury sector
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
