The LIV Golf League is the world's only global golf league featuring 13 teams, a 14-tournament schedule, and many of the world's best golfers. Role Objective

The Senior Manager, Event Design reports to the SVP, Experience Design and is responsible for creating, designing, managing and implementing creative event master plan overlays for multiple LIV Golf events across the world. This position will work alongside LIV staff, the event management companies overseeing each event and some key suppliers. As the Senior Manager, Event Design at LIV Golf, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of events; which includes enhancing the fan, team staff, volunteer and player experiences through daily coordination with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop key overlay design master plans for multiple events
• Coordinate and manage graphic design concepts with key vendors
• Model, design and produce final renderings, diagrams, overlays for all event design related elements
• Coordination with global vendors and partners to deliver high-end experiences for all
• Actively contribute to the creation and adherence of a comprehensive business and tournament operations plan for assigned events
• Develop and foster meaningful relationships with the event management company, host club/venue, government/civic entities, and other golf related organizations.
• Contribute to departmental operations, design ideation and management, including hospitality build budgets, managements / cost containment and internal communication.
• Oversee workflow reports on Monday.com related to event management company milestones
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of events
• Provide exceptional services by anticipating needs and resolving any issues that may arise

Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Architecture and/or Graphic Design
• Architectural and/or design background is required
• Extensive experience in event or design industry
• Demonstratable event management and live event experience is required (preferably in golf)

Required Skills

• Strong design and drawing capabilities
• Technical drawing experience (Sketch up, Revit, Autocad, Adobe Suite and others)
• 3D modelling using multiple design programs for ideation and coordination
• Photorealistic rendering production - exterior and interior
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring the satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
