Your Role

As part of the growing Energy Transition & Utilities practice, we seek Senior Managers to join our talented team, working on advisory, consulting, and digital transformation services within the Oil & Gas industry. Our clients include energy companies across upstream, midstream, downstream sectors, and industry equipment providers.

Leveraging industry experience, strategic and business improvement skills, and Capgemini’s IT capabilities, we deliver services in Net Zero & Sustainability, Digital Strategy & Transformation, Operations Optimization, IoT, Analytics & Asset Management, e-Mobility, Technology Modernization, and more.

Your work will help address real-world issues and shape sustainable, future-ready solutions. As a Senior Manager, you will nurture client relationships, oversee project delivery, and develop teams. Key responsibilities include:

1. Helping clients understand the rationale and business case for change, leveraging insights on industry drivers and technological capabilities.
