Job description

We’re recruiting for a Senior Manager Employee Communications, Asset Management to join us. You will be responsible for delivering campaigns and content for employees in our Asset Management division to support our ambitions for growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Working with the Head of Employee & CEO Communications, Asset Management, to develop and deliver an employee communications strategy that increases awareness, supports change and transformation, and builds trust in leadership.
  2. Partnering with senior leaders to create and drive communications plans, developing clear messaging, engaging content, and events.
  3. Collaborating with marketing and stakeholders to curate content including newsletters, articles, videos, and organizing hybrid/virtual Town Halls, evaluating and improving their effectiveness.
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve communication delivery, including channel management, working with the Employee Communications team to implement changes and using various media to inform and inspire employees.
  5. Delivering plans that support leaders in implementing change, and deputizing for the Head of Employee Communications when needed.
  6. Ensuring communications are reviewed and approved by qualified individuals, recording such approvals.
  7. Managing employee relations matters, ensuring policies and procedures are followed to maximize performance.

  • Significant knowledge of employee and change communication strategies.
  • Experience developing diverse content types and delivering internal events.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and storytelling abilities.
  • Understanding of the asset management industry.
  • Ability to work independently, propose solutions, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with senior leaders in complex environments.
  • Experience in regulated organizations, preferably in FS.
  • Ability to manage external agency relationships and collaborate internally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational attention to detail.
  • Creativity in solving communication challenges.
