Job Description Summary:
Position Overview:

This is a global role within Enterprise Service, reporting to the Director of 3D Product Render and Packaging Graphics, part of the Visual Content Management (VCM) organization. The VCM mission is to provide scalable services that enable internal teams across the Coca-Cola System with centrally managed yet locally relevant content for their marketing activation needs.

You will be the service line leader for our 3D Digital Twin Services, overseeing the creation and distribution of 3D assets and supporting our scalable content and digital shelf capabilities. This role will also focus on expanding the usage of Digital Twins throughout The Coca-Cola System (TCCS) to unlock value across the enterprise. The Senior Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Marketing, Production, Procurement, Legal, and others...), manage external vendors and partners, service internal “customers” (e.g., Marketing, Shopper, Customer and Commercial teams, Bottlers, etc.), and be responsible for prioritizing and executing the innovation roadmap for the GRIP platform.

Function-Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver the 3D Digital Twin Strategy

  2. Integrate with Packaging Label systems to support lights-out production workflows and ensure updates of Digital Twins.

  3. Manage the accessibility, governance, searchability, and distribution of Digital Twins across The Coca-Cola Company, its bottling partners, and other vendor use cases.

  4. Oversee vendor/partner relationships (e.g., INDG GRIP + others).

  5. Establish processes and streamlined Ways of Working (WoW).

  6. Negotiate and optimize contracts, SLAs, and costs across vendor relationships.

  7. Conduct performance reviews and measure service delivery outcomes.

  8. Act as an internal Product Owner for the GRIP platform development—evolving its usage from Grip as a Service, to Grip as a Self-service tool.

  9. Lead product management activities, including roadmap development and prioritization.

  10. Enable established use cases for services, including Digital Shelf, scalable content distribution, suggested orders, etc.

  11. Deliver a high-quality internal customer service experience.

  12. Facilitate ongoing process improvements.

  13. Lead stakeholder engagement and support change management initiatives (through training or production of training material, internal presentations, etc...)

  14. Manage complex projects to meet enterprise objectives.

  15. Identify and develop new Digital Twin use cases across the enterprise to unlock additional business value.

  16. Serve as an internal evangelist to promote adoption of Digital Twins across teams.

Related Experience & Education:
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in content production at scale (e.g., packaging, CGI, print, or other process-driven deliverables).

  • At least 5 years of experience in operational services (e.g., customer service, agency experience, internal creative service teams, etc.).

  • Strong technical background with an ability to think creatively to solve problems.

  • Extensive experience in vendor management, including negotiation skills, relationship building, and driving maximum value from partnerships.

  • Exceptional communication skills to influence diverse sets of stakeholders.

Profile and Functional Skills:
  • Required:

  • Strong technical background, especially in large-scale production of digital assets.

  • Ability to align cross-functional teams and drive consensus within a complex networked organization.

  • Exceptional collaboration and networking skills.

  • Demonstrated abilities in relationship building and stakeholder alignment.

  • Proven experience translating internal “customer” needs into scalable solutions by collaborating with technical teams or external vendors.

  • Track record of establishing and optimizing processes (including systems implementation, change management or stakeholder engagement).

  • Experience managing vendors to foster productive, high-value partnerships.

Nice to Have:
  • Background in 3D modeling, 3D Image production, AI Generation, VFX, Digital Twin concepts, or related technical expertise.

  • Creative production/adaptation experience (client-side or agency-side).

  • Knowledge of e-commerce strategies, particularly Digital Shelf optimization within the CPG industry (client-side or agency-side).

  • Familiarity with end-to-end campaign processes, from global creative and production (global charters) to scaled market adaptation (e.g., localization efforts).
