This role is vital in sustaining and accelerating BTA growth by defining and refining features that ensure compliance, transformation, and global consistency.

How will you make an impact in this role?

If you enjoy working directly with product management and technology teams to identify opportunities, innovate, and deliver new products and capabilities, this position is for you.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Responsibility for understanding and validating client needs and market opportunities, translating them into features and user stories, and working with Engineering to deliver meaningful products using Agile methodologies.
  • Multiple years of experience in product development, including as a product owner working directly with a scrum team.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into product and process development requirements (features and user stories) for the BTA backlog.
  • Leading production validation testing and managing issues with scrum teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain decisions and rationale, with confidence to make decisions even when there is disagreement.
  • Understanding of technology, especially in commercial, B2B solutions, and virtual payment capabilities, is a plus.
  • Proven project management experience leading complex projects with global and virtual teams.
  • Ability to analyze trends and provide value-added insights and recommendations.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as Sales Support, Account Development, Implementations, or Customer Service is desirable.
  • Strong ability to stay connected with remote leadership.
  • A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and resilience in challenging situations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Agile Champion (ScrumMaster)
  • Degree-level education

We support our colleagues’ well-being with comprehensive benefits, including financial, health, and mental health support, flexible working options, parental leave, wellness centers, counseling, and career development opportunities.
