YOUR ROLE

As a Lead ERP Architect, you will make transformative contributions to our clients’ businesses. Your responsibilities include:

1. Developing large clients’ ERP target architectures and roadmaps, and governing delivery against them.
2. Becoming a visionary advisor for clients, aligning their operating models with ERP opportunities and integrating them into autonomous systems.

You will also contribute to Capgemini’s architecture community, advancing vendor alliance relationships, mentoring talent, curating learning materials, and maintaining our delivery and business development assets. Additionally, you will have opportunities to contribute to business growth and your personal development through activities in:

• Business Development – leading or contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches, and events.
• Internal Contribution – developing campaigns, whitepapers, practice development, and offering development.
• Learning & Development – training, certifications, and career development activities.

YOUR PROFILE

Required Experience:

• Leadership in architecture, design, and implementation of SAP and Oracle solutions across business units.
• Expertise in SAP, Oracle technology, and their application in various industries.
• Experience with cloud platforms (IaaS & PaaS), Access Management, data platforms, IoT, API management, and related technologies.
• Strong background in HR and Finance functions.
• Mastery of architecture frameworks, system design, integration, and data management.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
• Experience with incremental architecture approaches like Just-In-Time and Just-Enough Architecture.
• Supporting clients in digital transformation for ERP solutions.
• Relationship cultivation with teams, leadership, and partners.
• Business development skills with a target of £1m.
• Understanding of multiple operating models including Supply Chain, Finance, Human Capital.
• Knowledge of sustainability and regulated financial and sustainability reporting.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies, integrating IT and OT with ERP, AI, and Autonomous solutions.

Desired Certifications (depending on specialization): SAP (S/4HANA, BTP), Oracle (ERP Cloud, OCI Architect), TOGAF, Signavio, Lean-IX, Agile methods.

Experience with clients in Energy, Utilities, Financial Services, Retail, and Manufacturing sectors is preferred.
