Your Role

You will join our growing Data & AI Strategy team, leading the design and implementation of data & AI operating models to transform organizations across industries. You will manage teams of consultants and specialists, working on complex projects to enhance data & AI capabilities, assess organizational maturity, and develop strategic blueprints.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading projects to transform data, analytics, and AI capabilities.
2. Assessing existing data maturity and identifying opportunities and gaps.
3. Building trusted relationships with senior clients and providing strategic guidance.
4. Designing and implementing operating models, including ethical and sustainable data practices.
5. Contributing to practice development through market insights and thought leadership.
6. Identifying growth opportunities within accounts and crafting tailored solutions.

Your Profile

Ideal candidates will have experience in:

• Organizational design for data teams, including governance and skills development.
• Delivery models for data and analytics, such as agile and AI/ML Ops.
• Business architecture and data lifecycle management.
• Data tooling and technology selection.
• Effective communication with diverse stakeholders, including C-suite.
• Strategy development and operational scaling of data capabilities.
