Your Role

You will be joining our rapidly growing Data & AI Strategy team within Capgemini Invent, where we are at the forefront of designing and building winning strategies and operating models to transform the way in which organisations across all industries and sectors leverage data & AI. We're building a successful team of experts across the data & AI lifecycle, and we're looking for talented people to strengthen our position as consulting leaders in data & AI strategy & operating model.

Our Managers and Senior Managers marry best-in-class delivery with thought leadership to become trusted advisors with senior clients. You will be leading teams of data & AI consultants and technical specialists from across Capgemini on the design and implementation of large and complex data & AI operating model work to transform their data & AI capabilities.

We are looking for candidates with consulting experience in sectors such as Transport, Energy, Utilities, Government, Defence, Consumer Products & Retail, Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Financial Services.

As a Data & AI Operating Model Manager, you will play a leadership role in setting organizations up for the fourth industrial revolution, helping them to effectively leverage data and AI to drive business outcomes:

1. You will lead our Data & AI operating model projects, transforming data, analytics & AI capabilities for organizations from design to complex implementations.
2. You will assess the maturity of existing data capabilities, identify opportunities and gaps, and develop blueprints for operating models.
3. You will build trusted relationships with senior clients, providing guidance on data & analytics capabilities across the value chain.
4. You will blend assessment and design with business change expertise, leading design and implementation, including coaching data leaders.
5. You will integrate ethical, responsible, and sustainable data practices into operating models, ensuring compliance.
6. You will contribute to practice development by identifying market opportunities, creating offerings, and thought leadership.
7. You will identify growth opportunities within accounts, lead qualification, craft responses, and leverage services across Capgemini Group.

Your Profile

• Experience in organizational design for data teams, advising on effective structures, governance, and skills.
• Knowledge of data & analytics delivery models like agile data product development, AI/ML Ops, and Analytics Ops.
• Understanding of business architecture and its alignment with data & analytics teams.
• Extensive experience across the data lifecycle, from ingestion to archival, and ability to define processes.
• Deep understanding of data tooling and platforms, advising on suitable tools for different organizational needs.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with C-suite, end-users, and technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead strategy development and adapt operating models to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of scaling data capabilities and leveraging technology for organizational growth.
