Aria Partners is delighted to be supporting a high performing Private Credit Fund that is looking to appoint a Senior Fund Operations Managerinto a newly created position. The fund has enjoyed a phenomenal period of fundraising and has ambitious plans to continue scaling.

This is a senior, strategically focused position that will require a hands-on approach. The incumbent will manage a team spanning both operations and fund control, acting as a key liaison between investment professionals and support teams. Furthermore, the individual will have a large part to play in the continuous development of the operational infrastructure as the firm continues to scale.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Oversee the fund finance and portfolio reporting function across both open and closed-ended structures
• Manage the fund audit process in collaboration with external auditors.
• Take ownership of day-to-day operations across private credit portfolios — including loan closings, settlements, cash and position reconciliations, and investor reporting.
• Act as a primary point of contact for third-party service providers, ensuring effective oversight and coordination.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory frameworks (MiFID, PRIIPS, etc.)
• Serve as a critical conduit between the investment team and broader operational infrastructure.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the operations team.
• Drive process optimisation and contribute to the build-out of operational capabilities as the business evolves.

Requirements include:

• Circa 7-10 years relevant experience in credit fund operations and experienced working with open-ended funds
• Deep understanding of private credit instruments – syndicated loans, direct lending, NAV facilities are essential.
• Prior experience working with CLOs is advantageous but not essential
• Proven leadership capability

Comp on offer is circa £140,000 + bonus with a wider benefits package.
