Job Description:

Aria Partners is supporting a high-performing Private Credit Fund that is looking to appoint a Senior Fund Operations Manager in a newly created position. The fund has experienced significant growth and plans to continue scaling.

This senior, strategic role requires a hands-on approach. The incumbent will manage a team covering operations and fund control, acting as a key liaison between investment professionals and support teams. The individual will also contribute to developing the operational infrastructure as the firm expands.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing fund finance and portfolio reporting for both open and closed-ended structures
• Managing the fund audit process with external auditors
• Handling day-to-day operations of private credit portfolios, including loan closings, settlements, reconciliations, and investor reporting
• Serving as primary contact for third-party service providers
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks (MiFID, PRIIPS, etc.)
• Acting as a conduit between the investment team and operational infrastructure
• Leading and mentoring the operations team
• Driving process improvements and building operational capabilities

Requirements:

• Approximately 7-10 years of relevant experience in credit fund operations, especially with open-ended funds
• Deep understanding of private credit instruments such as syndicated loans, direct lending, and NAV facilities
• Experience with CLOs is advantageous but not essential

The compensation package is circa £140,000 plus bonus and benefits.
