The role focuses on mentoring a team, coordinating with specialist colleagues, managing billing and budgets, and delivering high-level guidance on complex financial matters for UK and international clients.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience managing a portfolio of accounts and tax clients.
• Proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a diverse client portfolio, acting as primary contact for accounts, tax and advisory needs.
• Lead and mentor staff, with resource allocation and performance reviews.
• Review financial statements, corp tax, VAT, management accounts and personal tax.
• Collaborate with tax and payroll teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Oversee billing, WIP, budgets and deadlines.
• Lead weekly manager meetings and report progress to Partners.
• Implement new processes and use technology to improve workflow.
• Provide high-level client advice on complex financial matters and systems.
