Overview

This exciting role is within our CTAC team based in our CSQ office. We seek a talented individual at Senior Manager level to support our growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, working with a diverse portfolio of clients, including UK listed companies, PE-backed firms, inbound, and family-owned groups. Responsibilities include tax structuring, domestic and international tax advice, and advisory projects. Experience with multinationals is beneficial, but strong technical skills, drive, and curiosity are essential.

  • Manage delivery of technically excellent advice, including tax structuring, refinancing, legal structure optimization, reorganizations, tax authority inquiries, compliance, and technical support to the corporate tax team.
  • Liaise with specialists across departments and overseas offices to ensure comprehensive tax advisory services.
  • Coach and develop junior team members.
  • Manage team operations and performance, including resourcing.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business to identify opportunities for tax and other services.
  • Lead proposals for new work, including tender documents, client presentations, and problem-solving.
  • Support business development activities by pursuing opportunities and collaborating with Directors and Partners.
  • Model KPMG’s values in all actions.
