The Role

We are recruiting a Senior Manager based in our CTAC team in CSQ, working as part of the wider London region team across 5 offices. The successful candidate will build strong relationships, develop junior staff, deliver excellent client service, and identify business development opportunities. Overview

This role within our CSQ-based CTAC team involves supporting our rapid growth. The candidate should thrive in a dynamic environment, working with a diverse portfolio of clients, including UK listed, PE-backed, inbound, and family-owned groups. Responsibilities include tax structuring, domestic and international tax advice, and working with multinationals. Strong technical skills, drive, and curiosity are essential.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide international and complex UK tax advisory services to support clients' commercial objectives and manage compliance.
• Deliver technically excellent advice on tax structuring, refinancing, legal structure optimization, reorganizations, tax authority inquiries, and compliance.
• Coordinate with specialists in other departments and overseas offices for tax advisory projects.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
• Manage team operations, including resourcing and performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business to identify opportunities.
• Manage proposals, tender documents, client pitches, and solutions for client issues.
• Support business development activities and pursue opportunities with targets.
• Model KPMG's values.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent qualification with strong corporate tax and accounting knowledge.
• Ability to develop, coach, lead staff, and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a commercial approach.
• Proactive in identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
