As Senior Manager – Corporate Tax, you will:
Lead tax advisory assignments and support senior leadership on complex projects.
Manage a diverse client portfolio, predominantly tech start-ups/scale-ups and their founders.
Provide technical tax expertise to clients and internal teams.
Oversee tax compliance, including reviewing and completing complex tax returns.
Drive business development by identifying cross-selling opportunities and attending networking events.
Mentor and develop a high-performing tax team.
Contribute to departmental projects and process improvements.
Qualified ATT and/or CTA with a minimum of 8 years’ relevant tax experience (or 10 years if not ATT-qualified).
Strong experience in corporate tax advisory, including restructuring, tax due diligence, and corporate tax compliance.
Preferable experience (not essential) in EIS, EMI options, and R&D tax credits.
