Job Description:

Our client is a successful and expanding boutique management consultancy providing compliance services to the Financial Services industry. This new role within their Insurance practice has been developed to further penetrate FS clients and expand their offering to new businesses.

The role includes:

• Delivering high-quality service to clients
• Overseeing team members to ensure the smooth running of client projects
• Driving client sales and upselling, identifying cross-selling opportunities in existing accounts
• Seeking opportunities with prospects and responding to incoming sales inquiries

The candidate should have:

• Working knowledge of the FCA handbook, the FS & M Act, ICOBS & SYSC
• A motivated, all-rounder who can sell, manage, and deliver
• Commercial awareness, adaptability, embracing change, and being self-driven
• A background in Consulting or Financial Services, including team management
