Job Description:

Our client is a successful and expanding boutique management consultancy providing compliance services to the Financial Services industry. This new role within their Insurance practice has been developed to further penetrate FS clients and expand their offering to new businesses.

The role includes:

1. Deliver high quality service to clients
2. Oversee team members to ensure the smooth running of client projects
3. Drive client sales and upsell, identifying cross-selling opportunities in existing accounts
4. Seek opportunities with prospects and respond to incoming sales inquiries

The candidate should have:

1. Working knowledge of the FCA handbook, the FS & M Act, ICOBS & SYSC
2. A motivated, all-rounder who can sell, manage & deliver
3. Commercial awareness, adaptability, embrace change, self-driven
4. A background in Consulting or Financial Services including team management

The base salary ranges from £100k to £120k, depending on experience, with an annual bonus, pension, health benefits, gym membership, and up to 30 days of annual leave.
