This is a fantastic opportunity to lead meaningful assurance work that directly supports our executive team, strengthens risk management across the business, and helps us deliver good customer outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the design, management and delivery of the Group Assurance Plan, ensuring the business remains aligned with regulatory expectations. Manage and coach a team of assurance professionals, helping them deliver high-quality, insightful reviews across the organisation.
• This role gives you the platform to shape how we deliver assurance, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to the wider compliance strategy across the Markerstudy Group.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in regulatory compliance, conduct risk or assurance
• Strong understanding of FCA, CMA, ICO and FOS expectations and how these apply to regulated firms
• Skilled in assurance frameworks, testing methodologies, and risk & control principles
• A confident communicator who can influence and build trust with senior stakeholders
