DESCRIPTION
Transform the future of logistics safety as a Sr. Manager on Amazon Shipping's Compliance team. In this role, you will lead initiatives to enhance safety and quality standards across our shipping network. You'll work with our product and program teams to develop scalable solutions to automatically detect defects that impact the safety and quality of our network. You will then collaborate with our pricing teams to charge for these defects, and work with our customer success team to address the underlying root causes.
As an individual contributor, you'll analyze complex data to identify trends, implement proactive safety measures, and build scalable solutions that protect both our shipping partners and front-line associates. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, adaptability, and a passion for operational excellence.
This is an opportunity to pioneer new approaches in a rapidly evolving business space while making a significant impact on supply chain safety and efficiency. The ability to work in an ambiguous and changing environment is critical in this role.
