Job summary

Quinnox Corporation in London is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Cloud Solutions Projects to lead and manage cloud initiatives with immediate start. You will drive end-to-end delivery across AWS, Azure, and GCP, guiding cross-functional teams and aligning with business goals.

The role demands deep cloud architecture knowledge, strong project management, and excellent stakeholder communication. Hybrid work; on-site 2 days per week in London.

Qualifications

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) expertise.
• CI/CD, containerization, IaC knowledge.

• 15+ years IT experience, 7+ years in cloud PM.
• Lead large-scale cloud transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of cloud solutions projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Establish and track project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee design and deployment of scalable, secure cloud solutions.
• Work with cloud architects and engineers to define best practices for cloud adoption.
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization in cloud environments.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored cloud solutions.
• Manage client expectations and reporting; handle escalations and drive resolution of issues.
• Manage a team of cloud engineers, architects, and PMs; mentor and guide technical teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and partners to achieve goals.
• Implement agile practices to improve execution; stay updated with emerging cloud technologies.
• Continuously evaluate and improve cloud strategies to optimize performance and cost.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Manage a team of cloud engineers, architects, and project managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Process Improvement & Innovation

• Implement best practices and agile methodologies to enhance project execution efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills

• Cloud Expertise: Strong experience in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (certifications preferred).
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Security & Compliance: Knowledge of cloud security frameworks, identity & access management, and compliance standards.
• 15+ years of experience in IT, with at least 7 years in cloud project management.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale cloud transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience in budgeting, resource management, and risk mitigation.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
