Why This Job Matters:

As the Senior Manager, Case, you will lead the People Relations (PR) Case Function, overseeing Tier 2 and Tier 3 Specialist Hubs to deliver a best-in-class service.

Managing a team of PR Specialists and Professionals, you will ensure that case management is values-driven and inclusion-focused, approaching People Relations matters with fairness, consistency, and a human-centric, commercial, and risk-managed perspective.

Your teams will provide advisory and case management solutions, supporting unique cases while also working on insights and prevention. They will feed subject matter expertise into activities that enhance the colleague experience and improve business performance.

Data and insights will be crucial to your role. You will cascade information through strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, integrating it into escalation pathways and continuous improvement of processes, policies, and products.

Skills and Experience You’ll Need:

  • Ability to inspire and manage a high-performing employee relations team, with extensive skills in managing, supporting, and influencing people
  • Deep knowledge of case-related ER practices and policies
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills at all levels
  • Able to remain calm under pressure with a growth and outcome focused mindset
  • Experience of leading case teams through change
  • Experience working with employment law and compliance aspects of ER
  • Proficiency in developing and managing dashboards and performance metrics
  • Strong logical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong skills in creating and delivering presentations using PowerPoint, with the ability to present with influence, both virtually and in person
