You’ll need:

• CPA/ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualification or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and UK GAAP
• Experience in assurance services related to debt and equity capital raising
• Staff management and development skills, including mentoring and recruiting
