KR8, a new Managing Director-led Advisory practice, is expanding in Leeds after launching in London and Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a strategic growth plan to enhance our service offerings and expand into new locations.

We are seeking candidates at Manager to Director level for our Business and Capital Advisory team. Salary and package will be aligned with experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Special situations M&A and accelerated M&A (sell-side and buy-side)
• Debt advisory
• Independent business and strategic reviews
• Cash flow reviews and monitoring
• Options reviews and stakeholder management
• Pre-lend reviews
• Financial modelling

Ideal candidates will:

• Be qualified accountants
• Have experience in special situations M&A / accelerated M&A and/or debt advisory
• Have experience with independent business and strategic reviews
• Possess financial analysis and modelling expertise
• Ideally have worked on due diligence assignments (not essential)
• Have contingency and options planning experience
• Have stakeholder management experience
• Understand insolvency processes, including pre-packs, CVAs, and trading administrations
