The Role

The Senior Manager - Audit Resourcing CLR is responsible for ensuring effective staffing and resource management for audit engagements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Staffing engagements and optimizing utilization while maintaining quality standards.
  • Implementing clear escalation and resolution processes understood by Audit leadership.
  • Delivering forward planning for resourcing in coordination with Audit leadership.
  • Operating the SOQM process for engagement assignments with proper checks and documentation.
  • Providing cost-effective services through blended workforce and technology use.
  • Collaborating with other KBS teams (e.g., Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition) for demand fulfillment.
  • Providing accurate performance data for leadership decision-making.
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring Talent Deployment Team meets operational needs and colleague experience.

Performance Management

  • Managing Resource Managers and overseeing team performance and recruitment.
  • Focusing on service delivery metrics, workload management, and fostering an inclusive culture.
